
Private and Semi-Private Studio Sessions
The Pilates studio session offers the ultimate in personalised programs.
Your instructor works with you to reach your goals, whether that is to recover from injury, to improve your posture, to strengthen and tone, to nurture you through pregnancy, to aid recovery after birth, enhance your sporting performance, or train for that hiking trip.
It is the perfect environment to refine your technique, and work toward optimal function. Our studio is fully equipped, offering repertoire that is limitless in its potential. We also incorporate small apparatus to further challenge and personalise your program. From the first session you will start thinking more mindfully about your movement, and be encouraged to take a proactive approach to your health.
We offer Private 1:1 or semi private sessions 2:1, which is popular with friends, couples, or parent and teenager.
The Over 50s
As we evolve through life our brains and bodies change. This is natural. The exciting thing about this program is that there is an extra focus on healthy brain ageing, as well as keeping physically active. Sarah is doing more formal studies in this area of neuroscience in 2022 – 2023.
The needs of older adults are specific, therefore a specific program is required to address this group’s needs.
After listening to your personal goals and discussing your needs, we develop a program that is customised to fit. These programs are fun and empowering, and benefits include:

Our goal is to support you in your chosen lifestyle, and lead a more fulfilling life – physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. These could include shared activities with friends, bushwalking, or being strong and stable to lift and play with the grandchildren.
Ita Buttrose does Pilates 2 times a week as part of her exercise program, and affirms that ‘Pilates has improved my core strength and balance.‘
Pregnancy
During pregnancy, a woman’s body undergoes enormous changes as it supports her growing baby. A Pilates pregnancy program is lovely as it evolves as you and your baby grow, and supports you through each stage of pregnancy, right up until the birth. We take into account not only the physical changes, but the hormonal and emotional shifts as your body prepares for your new baby.
It is a comforting feeling to have an exercise system that you can rely on to be safe, effective and personalized to your needs at this special time.
Post Pregnancy
As soon as your baby is born, your focus shifts to taking care of your baby. While you focus on your baby, we focus on you. Whether you’ve had natural birth or C-section, your post-natal Pilates program is designed to gently strengthen and restore those important core muscles such as the deep abdominals and pelvic floor. Motherhood has its own physical and emotional demands, so your sessions will include strengthening your postural and upper body muscles for all those tasks required of new motherhood. It is precious ‘me’ time for mum to help bring back the balance into your life.
Private studio session: 1 hour personalised program $65 (1 client works with instructor)
Semi-private studio session: 1 hour personalised program $40 (2 clients work with instructor)
