She is very knowledgeable, meticulous in her preparation and clearly committed to staying abreast of new knowledge and research related to both Pilates and health and well-being in general. If you are a beginner rest assured that she will clearly explain and demonstrate. I have been lucky enough to be training with her for over two years. When I started I was having lots of problems with my right knee and left shoulder. I am just back from a 4 day hike in Tasmania on which I carried a 13 kilo pack without a twinge in knee or shoulder! If my Pilates strengthened quad muscles could speak they would be screaming out ‘ thank you Sarah’! The hike that would once have been a huge challenges was a breeze!! - I was referred to Sarah by my osteopath for lower back and posture problems. Sarah’s knowledge base, skill and patience took me on a journey which over time helped me get the necessary tools to work on these issues and arrive more upright and pain free.
