Pilates Mat Classes:

These classes are general conditioning classes that work all muscle groups in the body. They are designed to:

  • Deepen core connection
  • Strengthen and tone
  • Improve posture
  • Release tension

Class sizes are kept small to ensure everyone receives individual attention. Exercises are modified to suit the individual. Different props are used each week to add challenge and variety to your workout.

An added bonus is that you will meet a friendly community of like-minded people who share the values of self-care and self-improvement.
