Barre Body Classes
This unique class brings together the worlds of Pilates, Fitness and Ballet. In this class you will learn basic standing ballet moves at the barre, Pilates mat exercises, and popular exercises from the fitness world, including short bursts of cardio. Challenge yourself, sweat a little, enjoy the upbeat music, and have fun! Previous ballet training not required.
